Dodge’s exhilarating new 2020 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Widebody Daytona 50th Anniversary Edition just might be the prettiest sedan on the planet. It’s certainly among the most powerful. With the transmission shift points now up to 6,100 rpm in the automatic, the Hellcat can deliver an impressive 717 horsepower.
The 2020 Daytona Charger is modeled after the 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona model, complete with a rear-quarter decal and matching spoilers. The 2020 model also offers the B5 Blue paint as a Daytona-exclusive homage to the original. Dodge went with a Satin Carbon Finish on the 20-inch wheels, making the sedan 3.5 inches wider. The Black Brembo rear four-piston and six-piston front brakes with vented rotors give the Hellcat a sleek look.
The floor mats and steering wheel are exclusive to the Daytona 50th Anniversary Edition, as well as Alcantara suede performance seats with “Daytona” embroidered on the seatbacks in blue accent stitching. The seats are also heated and constructed of Nappa leather.
Much like its 1969 predecessor, Dodge is only going to produce 501 individual versions of the Hellcat, making the 50th Anniversary Edition a hot commodity. The 2020 Dodger Charger SRT Hellcat Widebody Daytona 50th Anniversary Edition will hit the market in early 2020.
